Acute skin conditions, allergies to oils or product ingredients, cancer (remission for 6 months required), Epilepsy, Heart conditions/circulatory disorders, Cut/Open wounds, Pacemakers, Pregnancy, Severe acne, eczema, active rosacea, dermatitis, psoriasis, Skin infections (fungal, bacterial, parasitic, or viral), Sunburn, Surgery (within the last 6 months),Thrombosis/varicose veins, Undiagnosed lumps, Warts, Using Retinal A religiously or just had a chemical peel or recently had laser surgery.
Child safety policy:
We understand that your "me time" does not always align with your beauty appointments. However, our salon policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Please arrange a caretaker for your child prior to the appointment day.
Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide children services and will not be held responsible. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. Please, no children in the treatment rooms.
Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distraction in the room. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event small children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.
We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service area. Older children, 12+ capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area.
Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments tools, chemicals, glass table and glass material fitting and decoration that could potentially harm small children while unsupervised.
Our salon policy is dedicated to the safety of all clients with highest level of care.

Makeup policy
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise lash bath will be perform with additional charge of $20 add on top of the service. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extension on lashes that have makeup/residue build up and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.
